Share the Adventure
and Take a Friend Snowmobiling!

Introducing snowmobiling to new riders or bringing back to the sport those who have not ridden in a while is NYSSA’s campaign for the winter. Why should we have all the fun? As a group we all know that snowmobiling is a great way to enjoy the winter in upstate New York, socialize with friends and stay active. It is time to share the adventure and show others what great fun snowmobiling can be. We all have those friends that we always wanted to take for a snowmobile ride and show them what we do in our spare time.

Local clubs and Associations in partnership with the New York State Snowmobile Association will be hosting several Take a Friend Snowmobiling events during the winter around the state this January, February, and March. All snowmobilers are invited to participate. Dates will be posted later this year.  (please check back before you go, for the latest information.)  Events are dependent on weather conditions.

Most events begin at 10 am.

These educational events are sponsored by SLEDNY, the 501(c)3 educational arm of NYSSA and the 220 snowmobile clubs that prepare and maintain trails throughout NY.
